How To Succeed At Weight Training

To succeed at gaining muscle size and strength from weight training you need to follow some guidelines. While you may get overzealous at first, you need to keep your workouts shorter than an hour and a half - if you can get your workout finished in under an hour that’d be even better. Overdoing it will hinder your gains, you need rest to grow. You also need to use good lifting form on all of your exercises to prevent injuries and target your muscles better. Split your routine into 3 or 4 workouts to hit every muscle with intensity and get enough rest between muscle workouts.
