How To Start Out Running Workouts

Running workouts are great for anybody who is trying to lose weight. When you start out you should just try some light jogging for a mile so you don’t get overly sore. Eventually you’ll want to work up to where you can run a few miles with some sprints thrown in for some higher intensity now and then. Before you run make sure to do some stretching and warming up for at least 10 to 15 minutes. You should also invest in a good pair of shoes for running to get extra comfort.
