Do You Need A Power Of Attorney

In life you will want to know that you are protected if in the event something does go wrong. In case something does happen to go wrong many people choose an individual to have power of attorney. Many do this as they have children to consider, others may have a considerably extensive estate that they recognize will require care. Whilst I do think is a great idea to choose a power of attorney it also scares me. There has always been a slight bit of trepidation when it comes down to knowing who you are able to trust and who you can’t. Anyone who has a spouse this choice is considerably easier, but for the many who don’t they have to decide on someone else. Just think about what it would be like to have someone controlling your life if you are ever incapacitated?
